From first message to delivery
Send your selection
Share the product code or photo, size and colour. We check availability and send the all-in price.
Confirm and pay the deposit
Once you confirm, we send an order number. Add it to the notes of your 50% InstaPay transfer.
Review your order
Approve the order summary. We purchase the item for you and send purchase confirmation.
Receive your order
We contact you when your order reaches Egypt. Pay the balance to the courier on delivery.

Delivery, sizing and cancellations.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–4 weeks from purchase confirmation. If it takes more than 35 days from that confirmation, you can cancel for a full deposit refund.
When can I get my deposit back?
Cancel before we purchase your item for a full deposit refund. After purchase, the deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind. If the item sells out or the price changes, you can choose a full deposit refund within 48 hours or a substitute.
How should I choose a size?
Send your measurements in centimetres or your US size and we’ll help with the brand’s chart. You choose the final size. Size exchanges are unavailable if the size you selected doesn’t fit.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a video of the unboxing. For a manufacturing defect or an item or size different from your order, you can choose a full refund or a replacement.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Opening the parcel before payment depends on the courier service. We confirm the available option before you place your order. If you refuse delivery without a defect, the deposit is non-refundable and shipping charges are payable to the courier.
